With as busy as I am, having Diverse Office Solutions shoulder some of the load has made an immense difference in how my business is run and how I'm able to juggle and manage my time. Where I used to have to spend hours researching and shifting through conversations, Lisa has become instrumental in pulling up the information I need when I need it and keeping me on track. Without Lisa I'd be spending far more time pouring over social media and less time with my family. She's become a valuable asset to StormShy Arts, and we intend to keep her services for as long as we're in business.

This is in reference to Lisa Johnston. She was my Assistant for 2 years and during that time she used to take care of all the real estate  paper work, preparing contracts, designing newsletters & feature sheets, communicating with our clients and realtors during the various stages of the real estate transaction, preparing documents. Mutual Fire Insurance had the pleasure of working with Lisamarie for 11 months as she was our Receptionist, Mailroom and Data Processor. She has strong computer skills, detailed, organized and knowledgeable at the following duties:
 

* Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.

* Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

* Provide Data Entry Support to the underwriting and claims department

* Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

* Take and relay messages

* Provide information to callers

* Greet persons entering organization

* Direct persons to correct destination

* Direct faxes to correct departments

* Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

* General administrative and clerical support

* Prepare letters and documents

* Arrange outgoing deliveries as needed

* Arrange and organize lunches as needed

* Order and maintain office supply levels

She was always punctual, reliable, hardworking and a pleasure to work with.
